We were first introduced to The Breathing Room Foundation by an employee who has a family member currently fighting cancer. The organization’s mission is to provide individualized care and support to families affected by cancer by addressing their most critical needs so that they can concentrate their efforts on regaining their physical health.
Bernie Fitzgerald, Co-Founder, shared “It is rare to find someone among us who is not aware of a person surviving with cancer. It is as rare to find someone among us who has not been inspired by the courage and perseverance the survivor has shown in the face of disease. These survivors should be awarded for their efforts.”
