Supply Chain Coordinator

We’re adding a new role to our team here: Supply Chain Coordinator! What exactly does this position entail, you ask? Well, in addition to the standard battery of magic tricks and superhuman feats that we expect of all our teammates, this position will form an integral part of Case Paper’s Supply Chain team. Their role will encompass all elements of supply chain operations from purchasing, demand planning, supplier management and analytics to strategic procurement for materials and freight. - Create purchase orders for current and forecasted demand of Paper and Paperboard.
- Analyze historical data to provide forward looking production/ purchasing plan for Paper and Paperboard.
- Ongoing demand forecasting and planning.
- Work with the sales team to provide vendors forecasting information.
- Vendor negotiations
- Manage inventory levels to ensure all divisions are achieving company defined targets.
- Follow-up with vendors to ensure purchase orders have correct price, freight charge, and delivery date.
- Coordinate QA inspection of purchased materials.
Maintenance Electrician/Mechanic – 1st Shift

We’re hiring for a new addition to our team here: Maintenance Technician- 1st Shift! What exactly does this position entail, you ask? Well, in addition to the standard battery of magic tricks and superhuman feats that we expect of all our teammates, this position will be responsible for keeping all facility equipment properly maintained and at the ready for operations. The right person needs to be a self-starter, reliable, and passionate about their chosen trade. Can work efficiently in a team environment. Completes assigned scheduled preventive maintenance as assigned within the CMMS, work orders and verbal direction as required. Always maintains a safe work environment. - Perform both preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on all production equipment.
- Answers and preforms all maintenance calls, PMs, inspections, and projects in a timely manner.
- Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical problems using machine manuals, machine blueprints, machine schematics, logic diagrams, PID diagrams, basic measuring tools, and electrical test tools.
- High mechanical and electrical aptitude to troubleshoot VFDs, relays, motor started, overloads, transformers, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC troubleshooting, bearings, milling machines, lath, multimeter, megohmmeter.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometer, vernier caliper, dial indicator, protractor angle locator, ruler, feeler gauges.
Sustainability Engineer

We’re adding a new role to our team here: Sustainability Engineer ! What exactly does this position entail, you ask? Well, in addition to the standard battery of magic tricks and superhuman feats that we expect of all our teammates, this position will have primary be supporting and advancing the sustainability initiatives of the organization. Collaborating closely with designated supervisor, the intern will assist in the implementation of sustainable practices, energy efficiency projects, obtaining green certifications, analysis of procedures, field tests, and assisting in the performance of an audit, and waste reduction initiatives.

Additional key responsibilities will include:
- Gain the scope of what Case does and our place in the supply chain.
- Map out the major areas that impact our business and align with sustainability focus areas.
- Map out the individuals at Case that affect or own the information needed to address RFI’s.
- Begin to identify potential initiatives that can improve our sustainability platform. IE- areas we can address and rank them in importance and/or our ability to address with current resources.
- Flow chart the process that should occur when we receive an RFI.
